Does it whiten? Probably. I used whitening strips at the same time I started this toothpaste, so who knows. But the vanilla mint flavor is so interesting! Definitely pleasant and refreshing. Will continue to use for now.

I didn’t want to believe but after a week I immediately saw results. This won’t perfectly make your teeth so white that they shine in the dark, but it gets the job done. But coupled with flossing and a good diet I could definitely see this helping other people achieve their desired pearly whites.Now it is definitely toothpaste, but hardly feels like it. You will find that it feels more akin to skincare cream; it takes a while to get used to. As for flavor, like most American teeth products it tastes just like chewing gum but hardly, overall it has very little flavor.Lastly, my personal recommendation is not to brush more than twice a day with this product. I brushed 3 times for two days when I started using it and my teeth definitely felt funny, sort of sticky in a way. Regardless, the product is completely harmless and that might only apply to me, I just thought of putting that warning out there just in case.

It is also not an abrasive toothpaste, so I know I’m not killing the enamel on my teeth. It cleans my teeth just as good as it whites them. I first bought this from my dentist when I told him I wanted to step up my whitening. I like it, has a very mild taste. It’s not going to give you bleach tray results so just don’t expect that. Happy to find it a bit cheaper on Amazon.
